We would love to exchange your tickets if your plans change. Only Ballet West Subscribers are entitled to free ticket exchanges until 48 hours before the performance. That’s one of the many benefits of being a subscriber! All we ask is that you follow a couple of simple steps that are listed below.

Single Ticket purchasers can make an exchange for a $5 per ticket exchange fee, plus any difference in price. Exchanges made within 48 hours of the performance will have an increased fee of $10 per ticket.

Request Terms & Requirements

Exchanges are defined as any change to a seating area, the date, or show time of the same production. Each exchange request must be received by Ballet West Patron Services 48 hours before your original performance.  Subscriber exchanges within 48 hours are subject to a $5 per ticket exchange fee. All requests are processed in the order received; new seating for our subscribers is always comparable to original seat assignments, but subject to availability at time of processing.  Additional ticket purchases can also be made at the time of exchange in order to arrange seating together.

Subscribers may make your FREE exchange through our Patron Services Department in any ONE of the following ways:

Once an exchange is requested, the original tickets are instantly invalid and new seats will be held for you. You are no longer required to return your original tickets, but we do ask that you discard them immediately.

We will mail your new tickets right away if time for delivery allows; otherwise, they will be placed at Will Call, ready for pick-up. We will provide for pick-up in-person ONLY for requests placed fewer than 5 business days before your new show’s date. Your new tickets will be ready for pick-up under the name on your BW account at the show venue Will Call.
