Joined Ballet West II: 2026
Tanner S. Benton Mundorff is from Gainesville, Floride. He trained at the School of American Ballet in New York City, following early training at Central Florida Ballet. While at SAB, he performed featured roles in works by George Balanchine and Jerome Robbins, including Tchaikovsky Piano Concerto No. 2, Who Cares?, Western Symphony, Glass Pieces, and Cortège Hongrois. Tanner also performed in Christopher Wheeldon’s Scénes de Ballet with the New York City Ballet in 2024.
Additional training includes summer intensives with Miami City Ballet and Pacific Northwest Ballet. Alongside performing, Tanner enjoys choreography and has presented original works through the School of American Ballet Student Choreographic Workshop and Sun Country Dance Theatre.
