Schuyler Lian

Schuyler Lian is from Wayne, Pennsylvania.  She joined Ballet West II in 2022.  Schuyler trained at Wayne Ballet and Center for Dance Arts, the School of Pennsylvania Ballet, and the School of American Ballet.  She attended the School of American Ballet under the Virginia B. Toulmin Scholarship and has danced in and choreographed multiple works for the Student Choreography Workshop and Virginia B. Toulmin Evening for Female Choreography.  She was involved in the creation of new ballets for the New York Choreographic Institute Spring Session 2022 and SAB Winter Ball 2019.  She also performed in the New York City Ballet’s Spring Gala for the 50th Anniversary Stravinsky Festival.  Schuyler attended summer intensive programs at Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, the School of American Ballet, Ballet Academy East, School of Pennsylvania Ballet, San Francisco Ballet School, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Oregon Ballet Theater, International Ballet MasterClasses in Prague, and Boston Ballet SDP.
