Raquel Smith
Joined Ballet West: 2026
Originally from Los Angeles, Raquel Smith began her training at age six at Lauridsen Ballet Center. She later trained on scholarship with San Francisco Ballet School at the age of 16 and has gone on to work alongside several world-renowned artists and choreographers while dancing in Richmond Ballet’s second company and as an apprentice at Nashville Ballet. She then danced as a company artist with Collage Dance Collective before joining Ballet West in 2026.
