We would love to exchange your tickets if your plans change. Only Ballet West Subscribers are entitled to exchange their tickets, single ticket purchasers are not. That’s one of the many benefits of being a subscriber. All we ask is that you follow a couple of simple steps that are listed below.
REQUEST TERMS & REQUIREMENTS: Exchanges are defined as any change to a seating area, the date, or show time of the same production (i.e. Nutcracker to Nutcracker, not Swan Lake to Nutcracker). Each Exchange request must be Received by the Ballet West Ticket Office 48 hours before your original performance. All requests are processed in the order received; new seating for our subscribers is always comparable to original seat assignments, but subject to availability at time of processing. Additional ticket purchases can also be made at the time of exchange in order to arrange seating together.
You may make your FREE exchange through our Subscriber Services Department in any ONE of the following ways:

- Call our Box Office directly at 801-869-6920
Once an exchange is requested, the original tickets are instantly invalid and new seats will be held for you. You are no longer required to return your original tickets, but we do ask that you discard them immediately.
We will mail or email your new tickets right away if time for delivery allows, otherwise they will be placed in Will Call, ready for pick-up. We will provide for pick-up in-person ONLY for requests placed fewer than 5 business days before your new show’s date. Your new tickets will be ready for pick-up under the name on your BW account at the show venue Will Call.
