Ballet West Artistic Director Adam Sklute and Academy Director Peter Christie made it possible for me to get started a week early with the Polonaise from Act I of Swan Lake.  Academy students, trainees and young students along with dancers from the University of Utah are participating in rehearsals this week and next week Ballet West 2 will be added in.  There are twenty four dancers in the Polonaise and each costume will be a brand new addition to Ballet West’s existing production.
