Joined Ballet West in 2012

Training: The Ballet Class in Rye, New York with Lynne Stetson before entering the School of American Ballet at 10. Danced at the advanced level in the annual Workshop performance, which included Balanchine’s “The Four Temperaments” and “Gounod Symphony.” Continued her training at the Miami City Ballet School, performing with the company in Balanchine’s “Bouree Fantasque” and Marius Petipa’s “The Sleeping Beauty.” In the MCB School’s Workshop performance, she danced Balanchine’s “Raymonda Variations,” “Allegro Brillante,” and “Valse Fantasie.”

Additional Information: Hochman was a member of Pennsylvania Ballet II for two years. Her repertoire with the Pennsylvania Ballet included Balanchine’s “Agon,” “The Four Temperaments,” “Theme and Variations,” “Who Cares?” and “The Nutcracker,” as well as Christopher Wheeldon’s “Swan Lake,” Matthew Neenan’s “Carmina Burana,” John Cranko’s “Romeo and Juliet,” and Sir Frederick Ashton’s “La Fille Mal Gardee.”  This is her first season with Ballet West.
