As a Ballet West Subscriber, you are entitled to one free ticket exchange for each of our productions.  Exchanges are defined as a change to your seating area, the performance date or show time.  

Request Requirements:  An exchange for the next upcoming production may be made as soon as the previous production run has ended.  Your exchange request must be confirmed as received by Ballet West before the close of the last business day prior to your originally scheduled performance.  All exchanges will be completed in the order they are received; new seating arrangements will be comparable to your original area but are subject to availability at the time of request.  Should you need to exchange your tickets a second time to the same show, a nominal fee will be charged.  Additional ticket purchases may be made at the time of exchange in order to arrange for your party to sit together. 

Original Ticket Return: Your original tickets must be returned to BW before the new tickets will be printed.  Please mail them to Ballet West, Attn: Patron Services at 50 West 200 South, Salt Lake City, UT 84101.  We will mail your new tickets to you once the old tickets have been received. 

Ballet West will provide for pickup in person only for requests placed less than 5 business days before your new date.  In this case, original tickets may be returned in person at the Capitol Theatre Box Office window marked “Will Call.”  Your new tickets will be ready for pick up under the name on your Ballet West account.
