Gala 2010

Ballet West will host its annual Gala on Saturday, November 13, 2010. The evening will begin with an exclusive Gala Performance that is not to be missed! After the performance guests with Gala Event tickets or patron tables will be escorted to the Grand America Hotel for an elegant evening of dinner and dancing. Single performance ticket holders will enjoy a decadent dessert reception immediately following the performance at the Capitol Theatre.  Music provided by The Soulistics.

VIP Table Sponsorship Levels

Diamond Presenting Sponsor: $10,000

• 10 guests will have VIP Gala Performance seating as well as VIP table location at the Gala dinner.
• Diamond Presenting Sponsor recognition in all Gala printed material.
• Recognition in the evening’s signage and announcements.
• Recognition on the Ballet West website.
• Recognition in the Ballet West playbill for one season.
• Full-page ad in event program.
• Option for a pre-curtain address at the exclusive Gala performance.

Ruby: $5,000

• 10 guests will have preferred Gala Performance seating as well as preferred table location at the Gala dinner.
• Recognition in the evening’s signage and announcements.
• Half-page ad in event program.
• Recognition in the Ballet West playbill for one season.

Sapphire: $2,500

• 10 guests will have reserved Gala Performance seating as well as a reserved table at the Gala dinner.
• Recognition in the evening’s signage and program.
• Recognition in the Ballet West playbill for one season.

• 35 performance tickets which include the Gala Performance followed by a dessert reception.

Single Tickets

• $200 Gala Event Ticket: Gala Performance followed by dinner and dancing
• Performance Only Ticket: Gala Performance followed by a dessert reception.
