Pre-Intensive ProgramSix Week Session: June 18 – July 27, 2012 Audition Information for Ages 12-16:March 10, 2012 3rdfloor studios The Ballet West Academy offers an engaging, challenging dance experience designed to increase the strength and technical abilities of both male and female dancers working at a lower intermediate level. Girls should have been dancing en pointe for at least 1 full year. This summer pre-intensive will prepare young dancers for the next step up to our full intensive sessions with the University of Utah. Designed for serious students between the ages of 12-16 who desire individualized instruction, the Summer Pre-Intensive guides them in their ballet technical skills as well as other dance forms that compliment a ballet artist. Supervised housing is not available. We welcome students who come from out of the area, but these students must provide their own accommodations and supervision. Ballet West may be able to assist in searching for suitable accommodations. Tuition for Intermediate 1: $1,500 All Tuition must be paid in full by June 1, 2012 |
